Auto fixing embeds

lutfen detects and replaces domains in links that have broken Discord embeds with an alternate domain that works with Discord embeds and resends a message with the fixed link. Analytics, marketing and tracking parameters are removed from the URLs where possible.

List of domains

instagram.com: Instagram embeds do not contain videos on Discord, you get a thumbnail of the video instead. lutfen uses kkinstagram.com to fix this issue.
twitter.com / x.com: X embeds do not work on Discord because X blocks requests with the Discordbot user agent. lutfen uses fixupx.com to fix this issue.
